Shane brings over 20 years of experience in capital markets encompassing institutional asset management, sales and trading, business development strategy, and corporate and capital markets strategy. He has worked across both the buy-side and sell-side, gaining deep expertise in navigating complex financial markets and corporate strategy. Shane has held key roles at corporates, institutional investment firms and brokerage houses, where he specialized in developing strategic initiatives, executing high-value transactions, and advising on corporate growth and market positioning.

In addition to his leadership in capital markets, Shane has served on the Board of Directors for various publicly listed companies and serves as a Director on the Board of Lupus Canada, a national charity dedicated to transforming the lives of those affected by Lupus.
