Mike brings over 25 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, and fund management, with assignments spanning London, New York, San Francisco, Sydney, and Toronto. He has worked on both sides of the market – as an investment banker at global and boutique institutions, and as an operator and fund manager with direct P&L accountability across multiple portfolio companies.
Mike directs mandate strategy and deal origination across M&A advisory, equity and debt capital markets, and principal transactions. His coverage spans natural resources and critical minerals, energy, defence and advanced industries, and technology.
Mike completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Sciences (Honors) at McMaster University.
