Jennifer is a strategic advisor and organizational design leader with over 15 years of experience spanning Crown corporations, clean energy ventures, non-profits, and investor-backed companies. She brings deep expertise in developing strategy, governance, and performance frameworks that enhance capital readiness, investor confidence, and regulatory compliance in high-growth environments.
Jennifer is the Founder and Principal of Clarion Advisory, where she advises public and private sector clients on governance design, capital readiness, regulatory disclosure, and stakeholder engagement. Through Clarion, she has worked with clean energy and resource companies, industry associations, and non-profits to scale responsibly, strengthen accountability, and communicate with clarity in high-stakes environments.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent nearly a decade in the United States, working in data analytics, business systems, and higher education, before returning to British Columbia to take on senior public sector roles. At BCLC, Jennifer led enterprise strategy and organizational planning from the Office of the CEO and was appointed Interim Director of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Response following the Province’s high-profile review of money laundering in casinos. In this capacity, she represented BCLC at the executive and deputy minister levels, directed the implementation of regulatory reforms across the organization, and led the development of governance and oversight structures. She also played a key advocacy role in provincial discussions on modernizing casino legislation, ensuring BCLC’s operational and policy perspectives were reflected in the evolving regulatory framework.
Jennifer is known for bringing structure, clarity, and trust to organizations at pivotal growth stages. She is passionate about aligning policy, capital, and community priorities to deliver meaningful impact. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Bellevue University.
